Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote content that endangers people or facilitates illegal activity. This includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content generated to depict a real person in a sexual context without their explicit consent.
• Content that facilitates human trafficking, sexual violence, or the exploitation of vulnerable people.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
• Content that promotes, recruits for, or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, or organized violence.

You may not use the Service to harm, harass, or degrade others. This includes:

• Threats, harassment, bullying, or stalking directed at any individual or group.
• Hate speech or content that demeans, dehumanizes, or discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Gratuitous depictions of violence or gore, or profanity published primarily to shock or offend.
• Incitement of violence against any person, group, or property.
• Misinformation that could materially affect public health, public safety, elections, or civic participation.

You may not use the Service to deceive others or to impersonate real people or organizations. This includes:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or any scheme intended to obtain money, credentials, or personal information through deception.
• Identity theft, including the creation of synthetic identity documents.
• Impersonating a real person, brand, or government entity in a way likely to mislead.
• Deepfakes or other synthetic media depicting a real person without their consent in any commercial, sexual, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful manner.
• Spam, including unsolicited bulk messaging or content manipulation across platforms.

You must respect the rights and dignity of others when using the Service. You may not:

• Violate the privacy of any person, including by collecting, exposing, or generating content about them without a lawful basis.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or rights of publicity.
• Discriminate against any protected class in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Service is lawful in every jurisdiction in which You operate.

You may not use the Service to plan, facilitate, or commit any criminal act, or to produce content related to illegal goods or services. Examples include the manufacture or sale of weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit currency, or stolen data.

You may not use the Service in any way that compromises the security or integrity of our systems, other users, or third parties. This includes:

• Collecting, generating, or processing sensitive personal information (including government identifiers, health data, financial account credentials, or biometric data) without a lawful basis and the consent of the data subject.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, model, or network.
• Creating, distributing, or executing malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Reverse-engineering our models, extracting model weights, or circumventing safety filters, content guardrails, or rate limits.
• Scraping, mining, or extracting metadata from the Service in order to infer personal information about other users.

You may not use the Service if You:

• Are under the age of 18.
• Are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
• Have previously been suspended or banned from the Service.

If You use the Service to build products or services that are made available to Your own end users, You are responsible for their conduct on the Service. You must:

• Require Your end users to accept terms that are at least as protective as our Terms of Service and this Policy.
• Take reasonable steps to ensure Your end users comply with this Policy, including age verification where appropriate.
• Promptly report any apparent child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content discovered on Your platform to the appropriate authorities and to MachGen.
• Cooperate with MachGen in any investigation or enforcement action arising from end user conduct.

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action We deem appropriate, including:

• Removing or refusing to generate offending content.
• Suspending or terminating Your Account and access to the Service.
• Blocking IP addresses, domains, or other identifiers associated with violations.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement or other competent authorities when required by law or in good faith belief that doing so is necessary to prevent harm.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page along with an updated Effective Date.
